Our company philosophy is that proper maintenance will not only save our clients time but also money!  The large unforeseen projects will be kept at a minimum with proper preventative measures. It is entirely necessary to keep the property/building safe and code compliant. Proper maintenance will:

1. Keep large scale renovations and projects to a minimum by completing routine checks/inspections

2. Improve the aesthetics of the building, ensuring the building maintains its curb appeal

We utilize three maintenance mindsets (corrective, preventative and predictive) to achieve those goals.  The preventative mindset ensures the property functions at a high level and that those unforeseen repairs do not arise and stay at a minimum. Once data is able to be collected via the routine inspections of the buildings as well as from repair history/data, we will be able to transition into a predictive mindset.  This will prevent major malfunction by replacing some old/worn components before they fail. Sometimes issues arise, and a component of the building or property is damaged, like a tree limb falling on the ground.  We will provide the services to remove the limb as well as repair the area if needed (corrective). By using expert collaboration with fully insured contractors, the ability to handle multiple tasks at hand as well as emergency repairs and service are what set us apart.
